August organisieren wir neben der freien Degustation von 11h bis 18h eine frohe Tischrunde (Tavolata) die ganz unter dem Zeichen der Geselligkeit, des Genusses und des Wiedersehens stehen soll.
\nDiese Tavolata findet Freitag und Samstag Abend ab 19h statt, und zwar im Festzelt vor dem Keller. Es hat Platz f\u00fcr hundert G\u00e4ste pro Abend, ausschliesslich ausgewiesene Gourmets\u2026. \uf04a<\/p>\n

\nAuch diverse Gr\u00e4ser und Pflanzen gedeihen pr\u00e4chtig bei diesem Wetter und konkurrenzieren die Rebe bei der N\u00e4hrstoffaufnahme. Innert einiger Tage haben alle Rebst\u00f6cke Ihren Besitzer gefunden. Dieses Interesse und Bekenntnis zu unserem Terroir und unserer Arbeit hat uns sehr ber\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Die Grundidee ist vorg\u00e4ngig das Teilen. Jedes Jahr vor dem Fr\u00fchling laden wir die Rebstockbesitzer zu unserem Rebschnitt-Fest ein, so dass sie auch einen Arbeitsschritt an Ihrem Rebstock pers\u00f6nlich ausf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Das Pflanzenkapital kann durch Frost, Hagel, Pilzkrankheiten gesch\u00e4digt werden, alles Naturgefahren die den Winzer als Abenteurer der Moderne erscheinen lassen. Trotz dieser Gefahren, hat wohl niemand damit gerechnet, dass der Coronavirus und die damit verbundene Pandemie dieses Jahr unser Leben so einschneidend ver\u00e4ndern w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n

Die aktuellen Corona-Bestimmungen zwingen uns leider das Rebschnitt-Fest vom M\u00e4rz zu annullieren. Deshalb hat unser Reben Verantwortliche, Stephane Carrupt, pers\u00f6nlich diese wichtige Arbeit ausgef\u00fchrt.
